Higgs boson 'glimpsed' at Large Hadron Collider
Scientists in Geneva are expected to announce they have caught a glimpse of the elusive Higgs boson on Tuesday.
The particle is a vital factor in science's understanding of the universe, but it has never been observed by experiments.

I've been keeping my eye on this the past while now, some interesting results to date but to date it hasn't been confirmed that Higgs boson particle has been seen, some more reading at the following link:
