Watched this tonight, seemed like any other ufo/alien documentary, nothing special about it. They did take about false memories which was quite interesting. Worth a watch either way.

It just seemed to be about Betty & Barney Hills story, it was interesting to see how Hollywood got the idea of the grey alien.
