Here is a report about an interesting case, the footage is included and has been tested, some of the sceptics explanations are legendary:

Its not a great quality video and is very hard to make out what the object is.

Interesting video. Would be good to see all angles but it seems likes its got them thinking anyways. It's about time they started getting serious!
